The goal of Patching is to ensure secure and stable systems of our customers by applying Microsoft patches in a timely manner.

Patching is differentiated in High Security Patches that have to be applied within a very short time, and normal patching activities that can be done every month. 

All activities are ITIL based and follow a predefined workflow, which can be adjusted on customers request. As an example the workflow of normal patches is outlined, where "Customer" stands for any customer receiving the service:
