Monitoring & Incident Handling

The goal of Monitoring and Incident Handling is fix malfunctions of a systems as soon as possible by detecting it through monitoring and dispatching it to our engineers immediately.

Monitoring will be done on the environment from the customer based on Microsoft SCOM. It will be event drive – announcement will be sent by e-mail. Routing of this e-mail will be done via our provisioning platform. Based on the events predefined (and prescribed) activities will be performed by SIS to identify the issue and solve the incident:
